If the distributor can no longer do business, where do I request redemption?

In principle, you request redemption from the distributor that sold you the fund. However, if the distributor cannot meet redemption requests because of dissolution, revocation of its authorization, business suspension or a similar reason, you may request redemption directly from the fund's asset manager.

If the asset manager also cannot respond for the same reasons, you may request it from the trust company that holds and administers the fund assets.
