Bridge. Nurture. Bloom.
We bridge growing companies and capital, nurture our clients’ assets with principle and patience, and manage so that value can bloom into a better life — the three commitments of an IPO specialist since 2004.
Who We Are
An IPO specialist, before and after the listing
Founded in 2004 as an IPO and pre-IPO investment firm, BNB Asset Management has concentrated on a single field for more than twenty years. From pre-listing analysis to offering participation, post-listing management and exit, we assess the entire IPO process against one consistent standard. Within a defined process and rigorous risk management, we work with our clients to grow the assets they entrust to us.

IPO Specialist
A Differentiated Investment Strategy Spanning The Entire IPO process
In IPO investing, opportunity and risk change character at every stage. BNB treats pre-IPO, public offerings, post-listing investment and listed-company mezzanine and SPACs as one continuum, judged by the same analytical standards and process. Our starting point is that what we learn about a company at one stage should inform every decision at the next.
- 01
प्री-IPO
IPO की तैयारी कर रही असूचीबद्ध कंपनियों में निवेश, मूल्यांकन, लिस्टिंग संभावना और निकास समय के विश्लेषण के साथ।
- 02
IPO
What We Offer
Three services built on IPO expertise
General private funds for qualified investors, discretionary mandates for institutions, and advisory that supplies the reasoning behind each decision. Whatever the form, every service rests on the same analytical standards, the same five-step process and the same risk-management framework.
-
Qualified investors only
General private funds
We combine IPO allocations, pre-IPO stakes, post-listing positions and listed-company mezzanine in line with each fund’s strategy. Only qualified investors as defined under Korean capital markets law may invest, and fund assets are held by a trustee, separate from the manager.

Institutions
Discretionary management
Under discretion delegated by institutional investors, we manage the full IPO cycle, from book-building, subscription and allocation through to post-listing sales, in segregated client accounts. Investment scope and limits are set out in the contract.

Institutions
Investment advisory
We analyse an issuer’s business and financials, its offer price against listed peers and post-listing supply and demand, giving clients a clear basis for each decision. Clients make and execute the final call; we explain both the rationale and the risks.

Investment Philosophy
BNB views investment not as a mere pursuit of returns, but as a meaningful decision for the stability and future of one's life.
Rather than being swayed by market movements, we pursue long-term, sustainable performance grounded in a proven management process and disciplined principles.
Going forward, we will continue to build our clients' assets and life value together, founded on responsible risk management and trust.
Better Investment & Better Life
Core Value
Four core values
Every decision at BNB begins with four principles: understand the client’s objectives first, judge on independent analysis and transparent procedure, set the level of acceptable risk before anything else, and invest for the long term on the basis of intrinsic value.
-
01Client Focus
Client-Centered
Management begins with each client’s objectives and tolerance for risk. We adhere to the mandate set for every fund and contract, and explain the rationale and risks of our decisions in terms clients can readily follow.
-
02Integrity
Transparency & Trust
We base decisions on independent research and objective indicators, and keep a record of how each was reached. We meet every statutory disclosure obligation and carry out our fiduciary duties under the Stewardship Code.
-
03Risk Discipline
Rigorous Risk Management
Before asking what an investment might return, we ask how much risk it carries. Investment and compliance cross-check trading before and after execution, and our compliance officer, who also serves as chief risk officer, oversees risk independently of the investment team.
-
04Long-term Value
Long-term Value Focus
We select investments on intrinsic value and growth potential rather than short-term price moves. By building decisions that still hold up over time, rather than chasing temporary gains, we pursue the long-term growth of client assets.

Trust & Governance
Managed by BNB, held and verified independently
Fund assets are held by trustees, segregated from the company’s own property; net asset values are calculated by an independent fund administrator; and the company’s financial statements are externally audited. BNB concentrates on investment decisions, while independent institutions verify the results — so clients’ assets never rest on one firm’s judgement and records alone.
