What is post-IPO investment, and what should I check for recently listed companies?

Post-IPO investment is not a legal term; it is a common name for a strategy of investing in companies within a certain period after they list.
In the early period after listing, the volume of tradable shares can increase as institutional investors' lock-up commitment periods end, so the Financial Supervisory Service advises investors to check the lock-up commitments by period in the amended securities registration statement filed after book-building (before subscribing) and in the report on securities issuance results (after allocation), to estimate the volume of shares that may become tradable after listing. It is also worth checking whether there are potential shares, such as convertible bonds or redeemable convertible preferred shares issued before listing that have not yet been converted.
