Chi cerchiamo

The people BNB wants to work with understand that ten steady steps are worth more than one brilliant moment. We look at people through four standards — passion, diligence, principle, and trust — and we grow together by the same standards.

03

Principles are our very standard.

Integrity & Responsibility

  • We place our clients' interests and our management principles above all else.
  • For us, compliance is not a constraint but a foundation for growth built on trust, and it lies at the center of every decision.

04

When we are connected as one, we go further.

Communication & Trust

  • We share opinions and communicate together, broadening the organization's possibilities by adding each individual's strengths.
  • Building on mutual trust, we advance together and focus ever more on the essence of our work.
  • Trust is built through action, not words, and we earn that trust every day.

Growth Path

Growth at BNB begins with mastering one field in depth, continues with broadening your perspective, and leads to sharing what you have learned. Below is a conceptual outline of that progression.

  1. The Learning Stage

    Learn

You begin by learning BNB's investment process and internal control standards. The five-stage process, from preliminary research on corporate value to exit and post-investment management, and the way the investment team and the Compliance Team verify each other form the foundation of the work.

  2. The Deepening Stage

    Deepen

You build expertise in your role. In-house training, lectures by external experts, and support for financial certifications underpin this stage.

  3. The Broadening Stage

    Broaden

Building on depth in one role, you broaden your perspective. BNB's aim is for you to grow into a well-rounded financial professional who understands both sides of a listing, and both investment and compliance.

  4. The Sharing Stage

    Share

You share your experience with colleagues and help the next person grow. In your daily work, you show the standard that trust is built through action, not words.

What You Learn Here

What You Learn in One Field: IPOs

Work at BNB begins with understanding, before and after, how a company comes to market. The depth varies by role, but these are the things you learn up close while working here.

  1. How to see a company from the start

Building on filings and IR materials, you learn to confirm competitiveness beyond the numbers through management meetings, company visits and networks of industry experts.

  2. The rules of the IPO market

You work with the rules that move the IPO market—registration statements and bookbuilding, lock-up commitments and allocation standards—and with how those rules change.

  3. How different instruments are built

You come to understand the instruments around IPOs together: unlisted shares in Pre-IPO deals, the conversion and adjustment terms of listed-company mezzanine, the merger structure of SPACs and the fund-of-funds structure of FoFs.

  4. The habit of judging within principles

You work within procedures in which judgment and checking go hand in hand, such as investment review, Pre-Compliance and the loss-cut principle.

  5. Three ways of serving clients

You see up close how investment advisory, discretionary management and general private funds differ, and within what structure clients' assets are managed.

  • The scope of work may vary with role and experience.
