KOSDAQ is a stock market opened in July 1996, modeled on the US NASDAQ, to help small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies raise business funds smoothly through the stock market.
It operates under rules separate from those of the KOSPI market, and the companies listed on it are mainly high-growth companies.
