Working Together for the Long Term
Experience in IPO investing is built not from a single offering but across many years of markets. That is why BNB's benefits place more weight on an environment for working together over the long term than on short-term perks.
Programs that support learning, programs for rest and renewal, programs that care for family and health, and an environment that allows full focus on work: these are the four pillars of our benefits.
- Specific support and eligibility for each program are governed by the Company's internal regulations.
