BNB — Bridge, Nurture, Bloom
BNB is formed from three English words: Bridge, Nurture and Bloom. Together they describe what we do in the capital market and how we care for our clients’ assets.

Brand Story
A story that began on a bridge
Every company reaches a moment when it crosses into the market — leaving its long private years behind, going through the offering and the listing, and meeting the market’s judgement. That short, decisive stretch holds as much risk as opportunity.
BNB began on that very bridge in 2004. Starting as a specialist in IPO and pre-IPO investing, we added investment advisory in 2010, discretionary management in 2015 and general private funds in 2019 — yet we have never changed where we stand: one path joining the time before and after a listing.
Building a bridge cannot be rushed. We study a company’s fundamentals, weigh the terms of each offering and look ahead to what follows the listing. Entrusting us with assets means trusting us to endure that time on our clients’ behalf.
When the value nurtured this way finally blooms, we want it to become a better life for our clients. To bridge, to nurture, to bring to bloom — that is the promise in the name BNB.

The BNB symbol is a hexagon made by folding one unbroken band twice. Each part of the form carries the brand’s thinking.
