Can I subscribe for the same IPO through several securities firms?

You cannot receive duplicate allocations. For IPOs whose securities registration statement was filed on or after June 20, 2021, duplicate allocations to retail subscribers are restricted, so even if the same investor subscribes through several securities firms, shares are allocated only for the subscription received first.

Securities firms must check for duplicate subscriptions through the Korea Securities Finance Corporation's computer system.
