What is a technology special listing?
De Nederlandse versie van deze pagina is in voorbereiding. Tot die tijd staat de tekst in het Engels.
A technology special listing is a system that allows companies whose technology or business model growth potential has been recognized to list on KOSDAQ even if they are not currently profitable.
Companies with strong technology use the 'innovative technology track', which requires a technology assessment by a specialized agency, while companies with distinctive business models use the 'business model track', which requires a recommendation from a listing sponsor. Because such listings rely on future growth rather than actual results, investors should also consider the risk that performance after listing will fall short of expectations.
