KOSDAQ Venture Funds
What is a company 'within 7 years of losing venture status'?
Polska wersja tej strony jest w przygotowaniu. Do tego czasu treść jest wyświetlana po angielsku.
It refers to a company that used to be a venture company, ceased to qualify as one less than 7 years ago, and is a small, medium or mid-sized company listed on the KOSDAQ market.
In the 2018 reform, the investment targets, which had been limited to new shares of venture companies, were widened to include new and existing shares of such KOSDAQ-listed companies, allowing funds to invest in KOSDAQ-listed companies as well. As a result, shares of former venture companies that have grown after listing on KOSDAQ can count toward the 50% requirement for a certain period.
