Who can invest in a private KOSDAQ venture fund, and how?

A private KOSDAQ venture fund is a general private fund, so only qualified investors can invest.

Qualified investors are professional investors or individuals, corporations and others investing at least the minimum amount set by the Enforcement Decree, which is KRW 300 million or more (for funds whose derivatives risk exposure and the like do not exceed 200% of net assets) or KRW 500 million or more, depending on leverage. The distributor must verify qualified investor status and, for general investors, deliver and explain a key product description prepared by the asset manager and reviewed by the distributor.
