Yes. BNB accepts and participates in the Korea Stewardship Code ("Principles on the Stewardship Responsibilities of Institutional Investors") announced by the Korea Institute of Corporate Governance and Sustainability (KCGS), effective June 22, 2026.

It discloses its implementation plans for the seven principles on a "Comply or Explain" basis.
