Are there separate safeguards for elderly investors?

BNB Asset Management's Investment Solicitation Guidelines define investors aged 65 or older as elderly investors and those aged 80 or older as very elderly investors, and set separate protection standards for sales to them.

When selling products that require caution in investment solicitation to very elderly investors, the firm advises them that they can get help from a family member or other assistant, and if such assistance is difficult to arrange, a managerial employee may be present to confirm their understanding. Consultations may be recorded (audio or video) or documented and kept in preparation for disputes.
