What is the difference between discretionary management and advisory?

In discretionary management, the client delegates investment decisions and BNB executes subscriptions, allocations and trades.

In advisory, BNB provides opinions and strategies, but the client executes trades and makes the final decision. BNB lists professional institutional investors as eligible for discretionary management, and retail and professional institutional investors for advisory.
