Asset Allocation & Risk

If I do not want any loss of principal at all, can I sign a discretionary investment or advisory contract?

BNB Asset Management's Investment Solicitation Guidelines provide that a contract cannot be concluded if, in the question on capacity to bear investment risk, the investor answers that 'the principal must be preserved no matter what'.

This is because the assets covered by discretionary investment and advisory contracts can lose principal. If preserving principal is your most important goal, first check whether your investment objectives match the characteristics of the product.
