A general private fund may accept contributions in assets other than cash, such as securities, real estate or physical assets, in accordance with methods prescribed by law, where an objective valuation is possible and there is no risk of harming other investors' interests.

The Enforcement Decree requires the consent of all other investors and payment at the price set by the valuation committee.
