In December 2025, in its 'Measures to Enhance KOSDAQ Market Trust + Innovation', the Financial Services Commission said it would raise this allocation from 25% to 30%, and as of October 2026 Korea Financial Investment Association regulations require at least 30% of KOSDAQ IPO shares to be allocated.
