Fund Basics
What is a multi-class fund?
A multi-class fund issues several classes of units within a single fund whose NAVs per unit differ because of differences in distribution fees and sales charges.
The classes are divided according to factors that affect distribution costs and are reflected in the collective investment rules. Matters that concern only a particular class can be decided at a meeting of that class's investors alone.
