When I buy shares, when is the money taken out and when do the shares arrive?

The Korean stock market settles securities and cash on the 2nd trading day after the trade date (T+2).

For example, if there are no holidays, shares bought on Monday are settled on Wednesday, after which you can appear on the shareholder register as a shareholder. Many other countries, including the US, Japan, Hong Kong and Germany, also use T+2 settlement.
