How do I withdraw a subscription?

Send notice of your intention to withdraw within the withdrawal period in writing, by email, by mobile text message or by similar means; for investment-type products, the withdrawal takes effect when the notice is sent.

If you sent a letter or similar notice, you must inform the financial company without delay that you have sent it. The financial company may not claim damages or penalties because of the withdrawal.
