How much can a public fund invest in a single security?

De Nederlandse versie van deze pagina is in voorbereiding. Tot die tijd staat de tekst in het Engels.

The FSCMA restricts how fund assets are managed in order to ensure diversification. For example, each fund may not invest more than the ratio set by the Enforcement Decree, within a limit of 10% of its total assets, in securities of the same issue, and a single fund may not invest in more than 10% of the total equity securities issued by the same company.

However, there are exceptions prescribed by law, such as where there is no problem for investor protection.
