What is a start-up and venture private fund?

A start-up and venture private fund is a private fund whose purpose is to invest in founders, venture companies, technology-innovative small and medium-sized enterprises and the like, and to distribute the returns to investors; the scheme was created on January 1, 2017.
The FSCMA has separate special provisions for such special-purpose private funds.
