Private Funds & Qualified Investors
How do I get information about a private fund?
De Nederlandse versie van deze pagina is in voorbereiding. Tot die tijd staat de tekst in het Engels.
Most of the public disclosure obligations that apply to public funds do not apply to private funds, so publicly available information is limited.
Investors check fund information through the key product description, the collective investment rules and (for funds offered to general investors) asset management reports. Matters that must be disclosed or publicly announced under the FSCMA or the Commercial Act are deemed to have been disclosed if all investors are notified by the method set out in the rules.
This answer is general financial information as of 14-10-2026, not investment advice. Rules and tax rates change, so please also check the latest guidance from the source institution.
