What must financial product advertisements include?

Financial product advertisements must include a recommendation to read the product description and terms and conditions before signing a contract, the seller's name and the product's details.

Advertisements for investment-type products must also state the investment risks and that past performance does not guarantee future returns. Showing only the performance for periods when returns were good is prohibited.
