How much can the share price move on the first day of listing?

Under the measures to improve IPO soundness announced by the Financial Services Commission at the end of 2022, the price fluctuation range on the listing day was widened from the previous 63%-260% of the offer price to 60%-400% of the offer price.
This was intended to reduce problems such as a few traders monopolizing trading opportunities and delays in finding an equilibrium price. Check the Korea Exchange business regulations for the criteria actually applied.
