What happens if I want to invest in a product riskier than my investment profile?

If an investor, without any recommendation, applies on their own for a product riskier than their investment profile, the sales process may proceed after a confirmation form containing a 'confirmation of a transaction in an investment product unsuitable for the investment profile' is obtained. In this case, you will be informed that the suitability principle does not apply and that there is a risk of greater losses, so decide carefully.
