What is BNB's discretionary investment management service?

Discretionary investment management means being entrusted with all or part of an investor's investment decisions and managing assets separately for each investor (Article 6 of the FSCMA).

In BNB's IPO discretionary service, the client delegates investment decisions to BNB, and BNB directly carries out subscription, allocation and trading for IPO and pre-/post-listing opportunities, from institutional bookbuilding strategies to post-listing selling strategies.
