In which year is financial income counted?
Русская версия этой страницы готовится. Пока текст показан на английском.
Interest and dividend income is counted as income for the year in which the 'time of receipt' prescribed by the Enforcement Decree of the Income Tax Act falls.
For example, the time of receipt is the date interest is actually received for ordinary deposit interest, the date of the corporation's resolution on the disposition of surplus for dividends paid out of surplus, and the date of payment for fund income. Since the year in which income falls matters when determining whether the comprehensive taxation of financial income applies, check the time of receipt.
