When and where can I find out that a listed company is issuing convertible bonds?

When a company required to file business reports decides to issue convertible bonds, exchangeable bonds or bonds with warrants, it must submit a major matters report to the Financial Services Commission by the earlier of the day after the decision and 1 week before the payment date (except where it files a securities registration statement for a public offering).
The report can be viewed on the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system (DART) and contains the issuance terms, such as the type and amount of the bonds, interest rates, conversion terms and payment method. Before making an investment decision, it is a good idea to check the original disclosure and any subsequent amendments yourself.
