Once a company is listed, does the Korea Exchange guarantee its value?

No. Listing merely allows the shares of a company that meets the requirements to be traded on the stock market; it does not mean that the Korea Exchange guarantees the value of those shares.
After listing, the share price changes according to the company's performance and market conditions, and responsibility for investment decisions lies with the investor.
