Do leveraged products concentrated in a single stock offer the benefits of diversification?

No. The Financial Supervisory Service warns that single-stock leveraged and inverse products are not 'diversified investment' products.

Losses can double in a single day, and when prices repeatedly rise and fall, a 'negative compounding effect' can make returns lower than expected. A 2026 consumer alert also cited cases in which the maximum drawdown of such products reached the 30% range while the underlying asset was falling.
