How long will the priority allocation benefit last?

Priority allocation has been run as a temporary benefit with a set deadline. In 2020 Financial Services Commission materials the sunset date was the end of 2023, and in January 2025 materials it was the end of 2025.

In December 2025, the Commission announced a 3-year extension of the tax and priority allocation benefits that had been due to expire at the end of 2025, so check related announcements and regulations to see whether they are extended beyond that.
