If I invest in a private KOSDAQ venture fund, how can I find out how it is being managed?

Under the 2021 private fund reform, the obligation to deliver asset management reports applies to general private funds in which general investors have invested, and items such as the fund's investment strategy, liquidity risk, and management risks and how they are managed were added to the reports.

The distributor uses the asset management report to check whether the fund is being managed in line with the key product description, and the trust company monitors whether investment instructions comply with laws, the collective investment rules and the description. Investors can review the fund's status using this report together with the key product description.
