Work at BNB begins with knowing one field in depth. In a small organization, you see each investment from beginning to end at close range, make judgments within clear principles, and grow with us over the long term.
From our beginnings in IPO and Pre-IPO investment, through our expansion into investment advisory, discretionary investment management, and general private funds, our field has remained the same. On the job, you learn to see companies preparing to list and companies after listing as one continuous flow.
As of March 31, 2026, 18 people work across five departments (per our business report). You work close to every step a single investment goes through, from company research to exit and post-investment management.
The investment team and the Compliance Team check each other before, at the time of, and after each investment. At BNB, compliance is not a constraint but a foundation for growth built on trust.
We offer programs that support long careers and continued growth, including support for self-development and financial certifications, in-house training and lectures by external experts, and refresh leave for long service.

Our talent pool covers the five roles below. Here is a brief overview of each.
Responsible for the entire investment process: researching IPO and Pre-IPO investment targets, analyzing valuations, and, after investment review, executing trades and managing positions thereafter.
Analyzes companies, industries, and supply-demand conditions in the IPO market to provide the basis for investment decisions.
Handles the operational work involved in trading and fund administration, ensuring that investments are executed and recorded accurately.
Responsible for the foundations of the Company's operations, including finance, human resources, and general affairs.
Reviews compliance with laws and internal regulations before, at the time of, and after investment, and carries out conflict-of-interest management and internal audits.
