What should I do if I still don't understand after the explanation?

If you did not understand the explanation, hold off on signing or giving recorded confirmation that you 'understood', and ask for further explanation.

The financial company has a duty to explain in a way you can understand and to obtain your confirmation of understanding by signature, name and seal, recording or similar means. It is not too late to sign the contract after you fully understand it.
