Taxes & Tax Rules

What products can I invest in through an ISA?

An ISA can be invested in deposit-type products such as deposits and savings, collective investment securities (funds), derivative-linked securities and derivative-linked bonds, shares of stock-listed corporations and the like.

According to the National Tax Service's commentary on the 2026 tax law amendments, it has been clarified that collective investment vehicles established overseas (offshore funds) cannot be held. The products that can actually be held may vary by account type, so check with your financial company.
