What happens if I terminate an ISA before 3 years?
De Nederlandse versie van deze pagina is in voorbereiding. Tot die tijd staat de tekst in het Engels.
If you terminate the account before 3 years have passed from the initial contract date, the tax corresponding to the tax benefits you have received is recovered.
However, this does not apply to termination for unavoidable reasons prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as death or emigration. Even before 3 years, you may withdraw up to the amount of principal paid in, but withdrawals exceeding the principal paid in are treated as early termination.
