Under the Regulations on Securities Issuance and Disclosure, etc., convertible bonds of stock-listed corporations must in principle be issued on terms that allow conversion only after 1 year has passed from issuance.

However, if they are issued through a public offering, they may be made convertible from 1 month after issuance. For the exact conversion request period of an individual bond, check the issuance disclosure and the terms of the bond.
