If the fund loses money and the investment ratio falls, does it fail the requirements?

The Enforcement Decree has a special rule: if the valuation of the trust assets is below the invested principal and the 15% ratio falls short, the ratio is deemed to be 15%.

In addition, the 6-monthly checks do not apply to the 6 months before the trust is terminated. However, the detailed calculations follow the formulas in the Enforcement Decree, so check with the asset manager whether a particular fund meets the requirements.
