When will I get my money back after withdrawing a subscription?

For investment-type products and financial product advisory contracts, the financial company must return the money already received within 3 business days from the date it receives the withdrawal.

If the return is delayed, it must pay an additional amount, calculated in a prescribed manner, for the period of delay. Special terms that are less favorable to the consumer than the withdrawal provisions are void.
