Private Funds & Qualified Investors

Does the distributor monitor management after I invest in a private fund?

ฉบับภาษาไทยของหน้านี้กำลังจัดทำ ขณะนี้แสดงเนื้อหาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ

A distributor that has sold a general private fund to general investors must check whether the asset manager's management is consistent with the key product description.

If it is not, the distributor must demand withdrawal, change or correction from the asset manager, and if the asset manager does not comply, in principle within 3 business days, the distributor must report this to the Financial Services Commission and notify investors. The asset manager may file an objection to this demand with the Financial Services Commission.
