IPOs & IPO Shares
What are the steps in an IPO?
Bu sayfanın Türkçe sürümü hazırlanıyor. O zamana kadar içerik İngilizce gösterilir.
An IPO generally proceeds in this order: due diligence by the underwriter, preliminary listing review by the Korea Exchange, review and acceptance of the securities registration statement by the Financial Supervisory Service, book-building (demand forecast) among institutional investors, pricing, subscription and allocation, and listing and the start of trading.
The underwriter proposes an indicative offer price range based on its due diligence and sets the final offer price reflecting the book-building results.
