What does the listing review look at?
Bu sayfanın Türkçe sürümü hazırlanıyor. O zamana kadar içerik İngilizce gösterilir.
The exchange first checks the formal review requirements, which concern a company's outward profile, such as the length of its business operations, its size, share distribution and business performance.
A company that does not meet the formal requirements cannot apply for the preliminary review. If they are met, the exchange comprehensively reviews qualitative requirements such as business continuity, management transparency, management stability and investor protection.
