Under the Enforcement Decree of the Restriction of Special Taxation Act, within 6 months of establishment (9 months for funds that are not private), the combined share of (1) investments in venture companies and (2) investments in KOSDAQ-listed small, medium or mid-sized companies that ceased to be venture companies less than 7 years ago must reach at least 50% of trust assets.

Of this, assets invested in venture companies through investments under the Act on the Promotion of Venture Investment, such as subscribing for new shares, must be at least 15%. After that, the average daily ratios are checked every 6 months to confirm they remain at or above 50% and 15%, except for the 6 months before the trust is terminated.
