According to the Korea Exchange's 2025 guidebook, the requirements include at least 3 years of business operations since incorporation, equity capital of KRW 30 billion or more, and at least 1 million shares to be listed.

In addition, there must be at least 500 general shareholders, and the company must meet share distribution requirements, such as the proportion of shares held by general shareholders, as well as one of the business performance requirements based on revenue, profit, market capitalization and the like. The detailed criteria may be amended, so check the Korea Exchange listing regulations.
