If I terminate an unlawful contract, do I get my investment losses back too?

Termination of an unlawful contract takes effect going forward, so it removes disadvantages from the time of termination onward; it is not a mechanism for compensating losses incurred before then.

For a fund, no early redemption fee is charged, but fees and charges paid in connection with transactions before termination, and investment losses already incurred, are in principle not refunded. Damages caused by unlawful selling must be pursued through separate procedures, such as a claim for damages or dispute mediation.
