Which investment-type products are eligible for withdrawal of subscription?

Under the Enforcement Decree of the Financial Consumer Protection Act, the investment-type products eligible for withdrawal are high-complexity financial investment products that raise money only during a set period before starting collective investment, high-complexity discretionary investment contracts, trust contracts other than money trusts, and high-complexity money trust contracts.

However, withdrawal is not possible if the consumer has agreed to have the deposited money invested during the withdrawal period. For high-complexity discretionary investment and money trust contracts that come with a deliberation period, the withdrawal period is calculated excluding that period.
