What should I do if I have a dispute with a financial company?

You can apply for dispute mediation with the Financial Supervisory Service, and the Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service may recommend a settlement to the parties.

If no settlement is reached within 30 days from the application date, the case is referred to the Financial Dispute Mediation Committee, which prepares a mediation proposal within 60 days. If a party does not accept the proposal within 20 days from the date it is presented, the party is deemed not to have accepted it.
