How is a complaint filed with the Financial Supervisory Service handled?

ฉบับภาษาไทยของหน้านี้กำลังจัดทำ ขณะนี้แสดงเนื้อหาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ

Complaints that have not gone through the financial company first go through voluntary mediation between the complainant and the financial company, while complaints that have already gone through the financial company or were not resolved by voluntary mediation are handled directly by the Financial Supervisory Service.

Complaints can be filed online, by post, by fax or in person. Monetary disputes between a financial company and a consumer are classified as dispute complaints and may proceed to the dispute mediation procedure.
