What internal control committees does BNB operate?

BNB operates three specialized committees: the Investment Review Committee (asset management rules, asset allocation and risk limits), the Risk Management Working Committee (risk policies, BCP, new product risk review, redemption deferral matters, stop-loss deferral decisions), and the Collective Investment Property Valuation Committee (fair valuation, including methodologies for non-marketable assets such as Pre-IPO holdings).
